emerge -vp says:

OK actually I had XML-Parser 2.31 installed but intltool failed with the aforementioned error. Now I have 2.34 and it works.

Well then you tell me what to search for. I see a problem with intltool, I search for intltool, nothing shows up, I see a problem with XML-Parser, I search for XML-Parser, nothing shows up.

Then learn to search, if i search for xml-parser i get 3 dozen bugs. We're not here to hold hands.

Well actually I even used the hand holding reporting function in bugzilla :) And I have to admit that I did not search for "ALL intltool" but just intltool.

Perhaps you should consider just putting the ALL into the link or already filling it into the text field or something, most people don't read carefully (especially when they are in a hurry). This would probably further reduce false positives.

So, sorry for not reading carefully enough.
