Reason: 
* app-misc/ifp-line is a tool for hardware we do not have access to anymore
* it is very likely that there is not a single Linux user with this 15 year old mp3 player. 
* last activity on http://ifp-driver.sourceforge.net/ was in 2005
* The package has open bugs. We cannot fix them and test functionality afterwards.
