C0R3 has setup a new rsync mirror for gentoo.
There is tech. spec. of our rsync server.

We translated GWN to Turkish language years ago. We're waiting a response around 5 months to be listed in rsync mirrors.

I apologize for not responding to this bug earlier, sometimes we do not add mirrors to our rotation because they are not needed, but kept in a drawer for when the time arises. Per your bug, the bandwidth is not sufficient for our users. We require at least 5Mbit/sec for our users to have a sufficient experince when syncing.

seems this mirror is down and refusing connections. i apologize for the long
delay on getting back to this bug. please reopen if you wish to still become a
mirror and we can get that process going.
