We need some more information to find out why it fails for you. 'Fails to build' is not enough ;)
Please attach build.log (compressed if it is too large) and post emerge --info in a comment.

As explained on in your other bugreports: We need to have all information at hand before ticket assignment. That is why I ask you to 
* attach the logs and 
* paste the emerge info
