This is an auto-filed bug because sci-libs/dlib fails tests.
The issue was originally discovered on amd64, but it may be reproducible on other arches as well.

    sci-libs/dlib: EAPI-7 bump, cmake.eclass, drop IUSE="static-libs"
    
    EAPI-7 gives us BUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON by default.
