Hi!

Please find attached torque-1.1.0-r4.ebuild 

This ebuild will incorporate newest distribution of torque, and I put some changed into the ebuild to account missing folders in the installation, needed later for running (otherwise PBS will complain and not start).

New package tested and verified on amd64 and x86. No problems spotted so far.

Only waiting to be incorporated into sys-cluster postage tree.

ebuild works ok.
Now, torque-1.1.r5 is available, so this ebuild could be regarded as obsolete. Nevertheless it works ok.
