1.42 is not very good release. I'd avoid stabilizing it.
doc useflag is broken, for example, and there are some other build issues.


please hold for now.

also package list is missing rust-bin.

1.43.1 is better target, but will require new libgit2 stable, and has not been in the tree long enough.
