Hi, 

When I tried to build app-crypt/libsecret, the dependence sys-libs/libcap-ng-0.7.10 cannot be compiled. 

I attached the full log when compiling this package.

Please try to investigate why `pthread_atfork` is not found.

Apparently upstream has fixed something with that regard:
https://github.com/stevegrubb/libcap-ng/issues/9

But maybe there is also a workaround?

After update to glibc-2.30-r8, libcap-ng-0.7.10 can be emerged.
