Created attachment 640742 [details] emerge --info pecl-uploadprogress output Emerging pecl-uploadprogress with PHP_TARGETS="php7-4": it builds successfully, but there are no libraries and ini files installed under /usr/lib/php7.4/lib/extensions and /etc/php/apache2-php7.4/ext, respectively.
