vlc-0.8.1.ebuild

This ebuild fixes dependency of libdvdpsi, during the version bump, like said
on Bug #72144 .

vlc-0.8.1.ebuild

Taking a closer look to vlc ebuild, I found that there was some bogus
useflags/dependencies (like aalib which enabled also caca support, or gtk and
gnome use which wasn't used at all, and so on).
This modified ebuild should fix most of them.

I've found that "TS" module is not being compiled, something is wrong in the makefiles because no error is found in compilation

I've spoken with people on #videolan (freenode) and finally get to the conclussion that vlc-0.8.1 needs always libdvbpsi in order to compile mux_ts module.

In the ebuild, you should compile with:

"--enable-dvbpsi dvbpsi ts mux and demux module (default enabled)"

In cvs.

I did a cleanup of the ebuild (including the libcaca weirdness), and yes, I did put libdspi as a hard dep, as the site lists it (did my homework there :P). Everything else was pretty much pulled from how configure.ac was looking for stuff (best way to do it really). And some notes:

skins2 is horribly broken, I disabled that
portaudio module won't compile
speex is having issues with recognization

Once the above are settled, I'll probably start proding people to get this into stable (and once any other havoc I may have caused). That's all for now.
