Bug 72282 – PHPPgAdmin missing PostgresDocLinks.php (removed by upstream)

PHPPgAdmin 3.5 gives an error whenever one clicks on the tiny question marks for help. The error message references a "./help/PostgresDocLinks.php" that is missing from the distribution. A check of the CVS server shows the file was removed on November 7 to facilitate some kind of reorganization. Problem is the help system still looks for it. Cutting and pasting the file from this link:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/phppgadmin/webdb/help/Attic/PostgresDocLinks.php?view=markup

into the ./help directory solves the problem. Since the file was removed from CVS, all the tarballs are missing it. Is this a goof from upstream?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge and setup phppgadmin
2. login and click on tiny question marks next to certain words to get additional help
3. Get popup webpage filled with nasty php error messages.

Actual Results:  
Just what I said happened.

Expected Results:  
It should have popped up a new window linked to the online PostgreSQL manual.

This appears to be fixed in the latest CVS snapshot (11/29/04).

This bug should be fixed in 3.5.1 that I just added to portage.
If it's not fixed, feel free to reopen please.
