Are you using udev or devfs? A more info will be required to fix this. what is the output of: emerge info? rc-status? contents of your /etc/fstab? Eric, please respond to Daniel's comment above I figured out what was going on. By mistake, I had udev and devfs installed simeoutaneously ...which caused the issues. You can close this ticket, as I have resolved it. I had to unmerge devfs, emerge udev, and make sure I had devfs removed from my kernel & recompile. thanks |
