The file apparently is not provided by libstfl, since i only have .so and .so.0.24

Adding symlink by hand fixes newsboat. I also attempted reinstalling the library, to no avail.

also, during install:

   /usr/lib64/libstfl.so.0.24

Duplicate of bug #719452 which has the cause as the subject rather than the result.
