Description Kent Fredric (IRC: kent\n) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2020-05-09 01:44:52 UTC
Upstream says:

>./lib/Cache/ may distribute under the terms of either the GNU General Public
>./lib/Cache/ or the Artistic License, as specified in the Perl README file.

However the "terms of X .... as specified in Y" has a conflict as X differs from how its specified in Y.

( Restricts to GPL-1 only where Y permits GPL-1+ )
