javacc can only be compiled using jdk 1.5 when source="1.4" and target="1.4" is added to all build.xml files

closing this one because we can rewrite the build.xml in the near future using compnerd's python tool. that makes this patching unnecessary.

sorry....but actually with jdk 1.5  it's broken.

so...or you apply this patch (i tested it works perfectly) or you change it with python, but please do not leave it as now.
