Now the ltconfig patch is working, but I'm getting this instead:

 * Patching ${S}/ltmain.sh ...
 *   Could not apply portage.patch!
 *   Please verify that it is not needed.
 * Cannot apply any patch, running libtoolize...
You should update your `aclocal.m4' by running aclocal.
 * Patching ${S}/libxmi/ltmain.sh ...
 *   Could not apply portage.patch!

You should add the contents of `/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to `aclocal.m4'.

Sorry, ignore the last comment, that was actually for the plotutils ebuild not, binutils.
