This tracker depends on tickets, which should be deleted and not just closed. Possible reasons: Spam, illegal attachments.

I don't think we ever delete bugs.  I was recently thinking of making a special 'spam' component that's restricted to infra, and moving them there.

Please use aliases that are not triggered by simple searches like "spam". People searching bugzilla for "spam" should not end up here, so adding the "bugzilla-" prefix helps to prevent confusion and irrelevant comments on this tracker. Thank you.
