may need sqlite with static-libs? Upstream says[1]: Statically-linked and/or compressed binaries can be built by using $ make static But that fails even outside an ebuild using lshw-B.02.18.tar.gz from https://www.ezix.org/software/files/ with $ make static make: *** No rule to make target 'static'. Stop. And there is also an older bug upstream [2]. [1]https://ezix.org/src/pkg/lshw/src/tag/B.02.18 [2]https://www.ezix.org/project/ticket/720 > > $ make static > make: *** No rule to make target 'static'. Stop. > Seems fixed only recently: https://ezix.org/src/pkg/lshw/commit/c86aa13279 The bug has been closed via the following commit(s): https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=422df4a3667acef549a1a918b90ba20b8f946620 commit 422df4a3667acef549a1a918b90ba20b8f946620 Author: Ben Kohler <bkohler@gentoo.org> AuthorDate: 2021-03-23 15:16:32 +0000 Commit: Ben Kohler <bkohler@gentoo.org> CommitDate: 2021-03-23 15:22:08 +0000 sys-apps/lshw: disallow USE="static sqlite" Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/720370 Closes: https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/19674 Package-Manager: Portage-3.0.17, Repoman-3.0.2 Signed-off-by: Ben Kohler <bkohler@gentoo.org> sys-apps/lshw/lshw-02.18b-r1.ebuild | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) |
