This is an auto-filled bug because dev-ruby/actionmailer fails tests.
The issue was originally discovered on arm64, but it may be reproducible on other arches as well.

    dev-ruby/tzinfo: add 1.2.7
    
    Fix dependencies compared to 1.2.6. thread_safe is still required for
    this version. This drops the ~sparc keyword.
