25.0.3 has a known issue with rtmp breaking facebook live streaming. This was fixed in 25.0.5. I tested upgrading to 25.0.7 just by renaming 25.0.3 ebuild. It works! Facebook live streaming is also fixed!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open OBS
2.add facebook live stream key
3.stream fails unable to connect via rtmp
4.copy 25.0.3 ebuild to 25.0.7
5.ebuild manifest
6.emerge =obs-studio-25.0.7
7.issues fixed.
Actual Results:  
facebook livestream worked without any patching/tweaking needed.

I had not noticed any too big issues, and have been waiting to see if there will be even more point releases sometimesoon (don't remember seeing this many before).

Will fix.
