This is an auto-filled bug because sys-libs/libosinfo fails to compile.
The issue was originally discovered on amd64, but it may be reproducible on other arches as well.
Attached build log and emerge --info.

Looks like a broken setup of 3 months old. Please reopen or file a new one if it's still an issue - note that libosinfo-1.8.0 is now using meson build instead, so in that sense could also close it OBSOLETE probably
