I rsync'ed with rsync://147.32.127.222/gentoo-portage and it's horribly slow. Someone may want to take a look at it.

Expected Results:  
It should've rsync'ed at least 10 times faster

Workaround:
# emerge sync
again so it finds another server which is faster. Just once is often enough.

Looked fine to me, I was pulling about 150KB/sec off the ftp. Reopen if the problem persists
