No, I did not, because https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/NVIDIA/nvidia-drivers discourages this kernel option. With this option enabled, the sddm now works as expected. Thanks for the advice! Not sure how many users had this problem but it might be useful for others if the installation script checked this kernel option or if it was documented on sddm or elogind wiki pages. |
