version bump requested. please :).

Not that much new with this release, mainly bugfixes 
So let's go over the details. 


File redirection added.
Shell improvements.
Fixed various crashes.
Fixed programs complaining about too low FILES setting.
Fixed some CPU/FPU instructions.
Small dos changes and fixes
Lot's of additions to the internal debugger.
Due to popular request, drive unmounting.
CD-Rom and drive label improvements.
Wave and raw OPL writing improved.

too slow.

There's no need to file version bump requests against dosbox as the state of dosbox is monitored closely.

Additionally, there is no need to ever file a bug against a games package in the first 48 hours of a release.  We are probably already aware of it.
