I am trying to install media-libs/jpeg-6b-r4 on Mac OS X 10.3.6




Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge jpeg
Actual Results:

>>> /usr/share/man/man1/jpegtran.1
>>> /usr/share/man/man1/rdjpgcom.1
>>> /usr/share/man/man1/wrjpgcom.1

Expected Results:  
It should have compiled the shared library (.so or .dylib) properly, so that it
could create the link or it should have gracefully not build the .so and not
tried to make the links.

Please use default-darwin/macos/10.3 profile
or default-macos/ppc/10.3 profile.
