Hi!

I make use of this ebuild on my systems and upstream does support python 3.7 and higher but has yet to make a release (https://github.com/sixohsix/twitter/commit/b46ac160456b5cd7804b2cecef02ddfb07043c08). I can prepare a commit-pinned version until a release is made so that it can remain on the tree.
