i think a jack dependency is missing. trying to emerge k3b without jack installed, i get errors about libjack.la missing

sorry. it was my fault. i think it was because i installed arts with jack support (USE="jack") and afterwards i remove it. so now every application trying to link against arts, look for libjack.so. i had to re-emerge arts without jack support
