Despite having sys-devel/clang installed, I get the error message "Unable to find libclang".

Which version of clang do you have installed? Only 10?
Comment 3 Rainer Hihn 2020-03-29 18:42:23 UTC
Yes:

$ equery list "*"|grep clang
sys-devel/clang-10.0.0
sys-devel/clang-common-10.0.0
sys-devel/clang-runtime-10.0.0
Comment 4 Georgy Yakovlev archtester gentoo-dev 2020-03-29 18:45:09 UTC
Yeah llvm/clang 10 changed the way they install libraries. I’ll see what I can do.

bat-0.13.0 ebuild is not available in the repo anymore, can we close this issue?
