euse doesn't work with new profile structures, as is implemented by portage-2.0.51-r3

EUSE exiting with following errors:
requires read permissions for /etc/make.profile/../use.desc.
requires read permissions for /etc/make.profile/../use.local.desc.

Same here.  As ufed is also a problem at this time, (also in bugzilla), can we one or the other fixed as a priority.
