Resizing Xfc4 settings window (xfce4-settings-4.14.2) allows growing the window's width but not shrink it. The minimal, final window width is that with each category icons in one single line for each category, the longest of which is the first one ("personal" or "personnel" in French). Besides all that the mouse pointer flickers rapidly when hovering over the borders. The problem occurs whether the profile is blank or not. It doesn't occur with xfce4-settings-4.14.1.
