I've been using the collapse_flagged patch for a while (including the newest versions of mutt) and think it's really useful- other people might as well.

It adds a configuration option, collapse_flagged, which works pretty much exactly liked the existing collapse_unread configuration option.  It makes it easier to sort/parse/eyeball large mailboxes, or mailing lists.
