openmotif-2.1.30-r5 will not compile on laptop

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
fails with following message:

This problem was fixed on my machine by removing a bad entry in my make.conf. I had accidentally put MAKE_OPTS= instead of MAKEOPTS=. I removed this entry from my make.conf and the package compiled without a problem on the next attempt.

Yes, as I posted previously, once I removed the bad MAKEOPTS entry in my make.conf file the package compiled as expected

I can confirm both the problem and solution.
