well, I don't know about repology, but definitely presented in debian stable repos: https://packages.debian.org/buster/jami There's an overlay: https://gpo.zugaina.org/Overlays/ring-overlay, source at https://github.com/stefan-langenmaier/ring-overlay It uses the old names. current jami requires development version of opendht, necessary builds updated

qt version of client. Note gtk wersion will stop working in the near future
Jami team announced that they will stop support gtk client in couple of months.
I think it's good idea to switch to the qt version.
The corresponding ebuild is attached.
Overlay ebuild is currently only offering version 20191110.1 so it's two years old. This seems to be a nice, free (in a GPL way) and modern communication tool, pity it's not available in portage. |
