have you tried without '-mfpmath=sse'. i listened that it breaks. i've tried with: CFLAGS="-march=athlon-xp -O3 -pipe" CXXFLAGS="-march=athlon-xp -O2 -pipe" and i still go the same error Could you please post a little bit more of the error output.
