/usr/bin/rstudio was not installed after emerge sci-mathematics/rstudio completed (USE: dedicated -libressl -server). This makes the entire application not usable. 

Installed executable files include

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge rstudio
2. /usr/bin/rstudio
Actual Results:  
rstudio: command not found

Expected Results:  
The executable file /usr/bin/rstudio should present and start the application.

An error message present though the installation process keeps going.

The problem got fixed once the USE "dedicated" was removed. 

# euse -i dedicated
global use flags (searching: dedicated)

The package sci-mathematics/rstudio provides no additional information on what happens once the USE "dedicated" was turned on.
