kdetv 0.8.4 was released today. I wrote an ebuild for it which enabled the v4l2 plugin (since I've been waiting for this :) )

kdetv ebuild without v4l2 changes, because:
- its experimental
- the author recommends not to use it
- the changes did not result in building the v4l2-plugin

Bumped Thanks. Used the non v4l2 enabled version. I've also fixed the MAKE_PO creation problem already reported with k3b.

Let us know for every version bump opening e new bug report and also if the new v4l2 stuffs works. Thanks!
