Description Mike Paisley 2004-11-13 16:08:31 UTC
cisco-vpnclient-3des-4.0.5.ebuild names module incorrectly when kernel is 2.4, naming the module 'cisco_ipsec' instead of 'cisco_ipsec.o'

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.ebuild cisco-vpnclient
2./etc/init.d/vpnclient start
3.

Actual Results:
from ebuild:
>>> /lib/modules/2.4.26-gentoo-r9/CiscoVPN/
>>> /lib/modules/2.4.26-gentoo-r9/CiscoVPN/cisco_ipsec
from start:
# /etc/init.d/vpnclient start
 * Starting Cisco VPN Client...
 * Failed to load module 'cisco_ipsec'

Expected Results:
Either driver_build.sh should be modified to create cisco_ipsec.o, OR
/etc/init.d/vpnclient script should be modifed to install cisco_ipsec

Have you tried the 4.6.00.0045-r1 ebuild?
