can python folk have a look ? hrmm .. i can't reproduce. the xmllib warning is non-fatal, but it seems to imply that there's malformed xml in libxml2-api.xml and/or libxml2-python-api.xml. both seems to be fine for me. Try the newest libxml2 Assuming the newest version fixed. reopen due to another person with same issue *** Bug 113033 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I get the exact same error with the newest dev-libs/libxml2-2.6.23 on x86 stable. You can see the output in the Gentoo forums: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-425605.html The earlier version 2.6.22 didn't have this error when I compiled it last year. Reporters, Can you still reproduce this problem with recent version of python and libxml2? No further feedback. |
