I used the latest stable version.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install baselayout
2. Read /etc/conf.d/rc
Actual Results:  
In /etc/conf.d/rc it says: "This is useful if you have a lot of custom device
nodes that udev do not handle/know about."

Expected Results:  
Replace "do" with "does"

Already fixed in cvs.

Reporting spelling bugs against the stable version is kinda silly.  Please take a look at http://www.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/rc-scripts/?root=gentoo-src for the latest rc-scripts sources before reporting more spelling problems.
