you can use -F (format) to output the slot: % ./qsize -F "%[CAT]%[PF]%[SLOT]%[SUBSLOT]" python dev-lang/python-2.7.16:2.7: 4102 files, 76 non-files, 63.8M dev-lang/python-3.7.2:3.7/3.7m: 6370 files, 230 non-files, 101.4M dev-lang/python-3.6.8:3.6/3.6m: 6169 files, 208 non-files, 101.4M that it doesn't respect the input slot is a bug.
