on my Compaq Deskpro w/i810 lockup doesn't occur but after a while X crashes with the error 'Active ring not flushed'. I guess the driver for the i810 in the xorg 6.8.0 is erm... FUBAR as there are a few similar bug reports found in google. Rafal, see https://freedesktop.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1794. B. Predaina, see http://freedesktop.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1817. I'm closing this as upstream. If there's a fix committed upstream, feel free to reopen so I can add it. B. Predaina's problem should be fixed in all current X versions. Marking fixed. |
