To build the colinux.sys file (NT5 driver for coLinux) under Linux, the ntddk header and .def files need patching to add the missing requirements.

NTDDK patch for xmingw-w32api-3.1

The original name of this patch in the colinux-20041024.tar.gz tarball is
"w32api-3.1.diff".  I suggest one of the following filenames (or something
similar) for inclusion in portage:

xmingw-w32api-3.1-ntddk.patch
xmingw-w32api-3.1-colinux.patch

I have added the patch for 3.1 ; will not do so for 2.5 (as 3.1 is stable so no one will use 2.5 and just adds cruft to portage)
