While it may be possible to implement from a technical perspective, there's a few issues here with regards to the current workflow. First, unless the arches are specified explicitly in the atom list, the bot uses arches CC to determine which keywords to check. We would need to start requiring arches to be explicitly listed in the atom list. Second, the change in when arch teams are added to CC is a big shift from the current behaviour. We would need community consensus from arch teams and probably bug wranglers as well. Also, I believe some people actually use that spam as a notification to fix up the atom list. In short, I'm happy to implement whatever changes are required, but I believe these specific changes will require someone to build consensus. Given that the stable bot isn't part of any 'official' workflow, this may be tricky and will need someone to champion that effort. stable-bot is now dead - please use nattka instead. |
