This is a new ebuild which is for installing the usb-pwcx driver for Phillips
USB webcams which allows for higher resolutions and frame rates.  This driver is
binary only, as Phillips would like to keep thier decompression code
confidentital.  

Attached are the ebuild file, ChangeLog and a module.conf file which is
installed in /etc/modules.d.  The driver module is installed to /lib/modules/usb
to keep it from getting deleted when doing a 'make modules_install' after
building the kernel.

I suggest putting this ebuild in media-video/usb-pwcx.

This ebuild has been added to portage, masked with ~x86 for now.
