Description Burton Samograd 2002-08-26 20:05:47 UTC
Here is an ebuild for the w3cam package, which provides a couple of command line
utilities for video4linux compatible webcams and some example cgi scripts/pages
that use them. I've attached the ebuild file and the ChangeLog to this bug.

I suggest putting it under media-video/w3cam in the portage hierarchy. This
package depends on a number of image libraries for outputting different formats
and the truetype library.

The original site for this package seems to have dissappeard for the time being.
I had a copy of the source tarball and mirrored it at my own server for the
time being for distribution. I also mirrored the homepage on my webserver,
which is simply a copy of the documentation included in the package.

please provide an update SRC_URI for the package, as the supplied ebuild does
not work. If the 'real' site is available, that is prefered.

I have your ebuild in my local portage tree and will commit it to CVS soon.
