This package blocks py2 cleanup in multiple packages.  Please either port to py3 or lastrite.

Development seems to be continued here: https://github.com/letoams/hash-slinger
Version 3.0 claims Python 3 support.

I added new version to the tree. If it works well, we can remove older versions when py2 dies.

Please remove them in the next few days.  I'm trying to clean up py2 gradually to avoid having lots of work when more deps lose it.
