Updated file desktop.xml for Spanish doc CVS.
Chiguire have to review it before submit, because we need to fix some broken links that point to some spanish docs that not exist.

Added these to cvs as placeholders.

Updated text of desktop.xml to reflect untranslated status of these files. I think I'll make a list on www.gentoo-es.org to attract possible translator candidates.
