Please stabilize:

net-libs/pjproject-2.7.2-r1

Without -r1 has been in the tree for a while now, and 2.7.1 really is somewhat broken.  2.9 is not ready for stable.

Please also stable net-misc/asterisk-13.29.1.  Required to clear security issue for https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=689796

Issues seems to be w.r.t. PPC, can we please stable x86 and amd64 so long?

I make note that asterisk never had a stable PPC yet.

https://bugs.gentoo.org/659488 relates w.r.t. DAHDI.  I'll communicate with Erhard towards a working solution for that at which point we can re-evaluate PPC.
