This ebuild overhauls the netatalk-1.6.4 ebuild to add OpenSLP support as well going over to the ($use_*) style configure flags.

This includes the fixes talked about in the bug description.

looks good for the most part ... some notes:
- the unified diff format is greatly prefered ;)
- 'COPYING' and such files are not installed via 'dodoc' since they're just the same as LICENSE
- {do,new}exe and such create directories for you so there's no need to `dodir` first
- portage-2.0.51 has 'doinitd' and 'newinitd' functions so we dont have to do 'exeinto /etc/.init.d ; doexe blah' anymore

netatalk needs a developer to take up maintenance.

Current ebuild seems to already have this applied.
