Upstream released scikit-learn version 0.22.1 in 2020-01-02. Since version 0.21 Python 2.7 support is dropped. This package no longer depends on sci-libs/scikit. It needs dev-python/joblib. With Python 3.8, it needs >=dev-python/joblib-0.14 (not yet in official repos).
